I'm Michele Yoshiko An, a Visionary Integrator and Business Operations Architect. For more than 30 years, I've designed the frameworks behind operational excellence — performance systems, operating rhythms, and accountability structures that turn strategy into sustainable results.

Our Story
M.Y. Partners began with a simple vision — to help leaders build high-performing organizations where people, performance, and purpose work together.
After more than 30 years leading enterprise operations — including 15 years at Locations LLC, one of Hawaiʻi's largest residential real estate organizations, where I served as Senior Vice President and executive lead for enterprise projects — I founded M.Y. Partners to bring operational excellence to founders, ownership groups, and private clients as a fractional executive and trusted advisor.
What began as a passion for operational excellence has grown into a practice that helps organizations navigate complexity with confidence: strengthening performance, aligning priorities, improving operations, and moving from strategy to execution.
